About:

Our family moved to Heartwood Farm from the west end of Toronto in 2004; with a deep desire to reconnect to nature, and deepen our understanding of local food systems. For 20 years, we've raised livestock, tapped sugar maples, and planted small-scale orchards; but more recently, our farm-crafted beverages have given our growing audience an opportunity to engage with the beauty of local, natural, farm-crafted products. Every can contains a little piece of our farm.
