Leasa and Peter have been farming quality produce for over 25 years. They specialize in growing Belgian endive and white asparagus.

They are particular about growing their highly sought after white asparagus the Dutch way - importing seed and equipment all the way from Holland. Their white asparagus stays sweet, which they meticulously harvest spear by spear and is washed in well water. It is so popular folks drive all the way down from Quebec just to buy some!
