Apricots SMALL 1 Pint
Apricots are a stone fruit, with a smooth, velvety skin. Bright orange to pink in colour, with a light, sweet scent similar to a peach. Apricots are popular eaten fresh, dried into a sweet chewy treat, or baked. Keep skins on to maintain the shape. Refrigerate ripe fruit for up to one week. If under-ripe, store at room temperature.
Originally purchased in 1920, Warner's Farm has focused on cultivating vast fruit orchards for years - the perfect crops for the Niagara region’s soil and climate. In 1994, Torrie Warner took over the farm and operations from his father, making him the third generation to run Warner’s. Warner’s Farm has one of the most extensive product listings on offer – he grows over 40 different apple varieties alone!

Barrie Hill Farms is in Springwater, ON and is owned and operated by the Gervais family. Purchased back in 1968, the farm operated as a tobacco farm for about a decade. In the late 1970s, the Gervais family began growing strawberries, and eventually added highbush blueberries to their offering. They now grow their highbush blueberries on over 40 acres of land and are one of the biggest highbush blueberry farms in Ontario!

Brothers Dan and Jeff Tigchelaar own and operate Tigchelaar Berry Farms. They purchased their first farm in Vineland, Ontario in 1994 and over the last 20 years, they have expanded their strawberry tradition in the lovely Niagara region.
