Valiant's Field Grown Foods was started with the mission to produce healthy, ethical, meat-alternatives for people looking to avoid, or reduce their meat intake. The company was started to take what they had created for their family and make it available to the broader community. In that vein, they launched a Plant Based restaurant in Barrie, ON in 2014, and later expanded to provide our plant-meat products outside Barrie in 2019.
